If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service. ## 2) What we provide Who What When helps groups and individuals coordinate activities by proposing times, collecting availability, and identifying options that work. ## 3) Accounts - You’re responsible for the security of your account and any activity under it. - Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. - You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. ## 4) Acceptable use Don’t misuse the Service. For example, do not: - Break laws or infringe others’ rights - Probe or disrupt our systems or other users’ use - Upload malware or attempt to bypass security - Scrape or resell the Service without permission ## 5) Content and IP - We (or our licensors) own the Service and its content. You get a limited, revocable license to use it. - You keep ownership of content you submit. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. ## 11) Indemnity You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms. ## 12) Termination You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if we’re required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive. ## 13) Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. ## 14) Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms from time to time.
